Qualifying Events ABCs (.pdf)
A qualifying event is an IRS-regulated process that allows employees to change insurance coverages and/or spending accounts at times other than hiring or open enrollment periods. Review the specific events that allow this change.

A Dependent Care Spending Account allows employees to pay babysitting (or elder care)
