Therefore, you should review your benefits information carefully to make sure you and your family are getting the most out of the valuable programs CMMF offers to you, including:

  • Medical Plan

    The CMH medical plan provides you and your eligible dependents with low-cost access to quality health care, extensive resources and valuable tools to help you and your family get medical support and services. Prescription Drug Benefits are also provided.

  • Dental Plan

    CMH offers you a comprehensive Dental Plan that covers diagnostic and preventive services, basic restorative services, major restorative services and orthodontia.

  • Spending Accounts

    Spending accounts let you set aside money from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis, and then use the money to pay for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses.

  • Life Insurance

    Our life insurance plans include generous basic, supplemental and dependent life insurance programs to meet your family's needs.

  • Long-Term Disability Insurance

    CMH provides disability benefits to help you and your family cope with loss of your regular income if sickness or accident prevents you from working.

  • Vision Insurance

    Vision insurance is offered through http://www.vsp.com. Benefits include reduced costs for annual eye exams and assistance when purchasing eyeglasses or contact lenses.

  • 403(b) or 401(k) Plan

Saving for retirement has become a necessity for virtually everyone. CMH offers a 403(b) program for those who work in the non-profit areas and a 401(k) plan for those in for-profit areas. The plans are almost identical in design.
